1. Booking confirmation

  • After purchasing, an e-ticket will be sent to your email. If you don’t receive the email or have any questions, please contact us via email: sales@sascotravel.com or hotline: (+84) 28 3547 0295

2. Purchase and Use of the service

  • Through this Website, you can purchase products/services from SASCO Travel or contact us to book tours.
  • To use your product/service, you must appear at SASCO Travel’s store on time and present the information as required by us. If you do not appear after 24 hours from the booking time on the e-ticket or do not provide the required information, we will cancel the service and you will not be refunded.
  • To change the booking time of the product/service, please inform us 24 hours in advance of the booking time shown on the e-ticket. Time is changed up to 24 hours compared to the previous booking time.
  • SASCO Travel reserves the right to refuse and cancel any orders if it is considered a violation of this policy.
  • Purchased products cannot be exchanged.

3. Cancelation

  • You can cancel your order by contacting SASCO Travel customer service. If you cancel before 24 hours (compared to the booking time): we will refund 50% of your expenditure. Any cancellation within 24 hours will be charged 100%.

4. Required assistance

  • If you attempt to order product/service and you are unable to do so, please contact us at sales@sascotravel.com, and we will try to help you.

5. Additional charges

  • During the use of products/services, SASCO Travel reserves the right to ask you to pay additional expenses incurred except those included in the selling price.

6. Modifications to charges

  • SASCO Travel reserves the right to change its price list for fees or charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent to you by email or posted on this Website. Your use, or continued use, of the Services offered by SASCO Travel following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or revised fees or charges.

  • Please do not eat or drink in the car.
